About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and target-driven Client Acquisition Manager to drive our participant growth across Adelaide. In this role, you will be the face of Havenlink Inclusive Supports, building strategic partnerships, promoting our high-quality disability support services, and generating a steady pipeline of participant referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Community Engagement & Outreach: Proactively establish, nurture, and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local health and disability sectors, including Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, GP Clinics, Social workers, Hospitals, and Local Area Coordinators (LACs).
- Service Promotion: Actively promote Havenlink’s diverse support services, highlighting our commitment to quality, reliability, and tailored participant care.




- Referral Generation: Develop and execute strategic networking plans to secure consistent individual and plan-managed NDIS participant referrals.
- Participant Onboarding: Meet with prospective participants and their families/advocates to explain our services, assess their support needs, and guide them smoothly through the initial onboarding process.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong Community & Health Connections: Demonstrated network and established relationships within the Adelaide NDIS, community health, and social support sectors (essential).
- Proven Track Record: Experience in client acquisition, business development, or intake management within the NDIS or community care sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with an empathetic, client-first approach.
- Transport & Compliance: Current Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Australian Work Rights.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
