Client Services & Campaign Manager

Real Estate Media | Melbourne Kallay Studios is a growing real estate and architectural media business working with some of Melbourne’s and the Gold Coast's leading agents, agencies and property brands.

We produce premium photography, video, floorplans, copywriting and campaign content across hundreds of property campaigns each month.

We’re now looking for an experienced Client Services & Campaign Manager to take ownership of the client experience and become a key link between our agents, campaign managers and production team.

This is not a traditional admin role.

We’re looking for someone who understands real estate, knows how demanding property campaigns can be, and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with agents and clients.

The Role

Your job is simple: Make sure our clients feel looked after, every campaign is properly briefed, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager, production team, photographers, videographers, copywriters and some of Melbourne’s leading real estate agents.

You’ll be responsible for staying ahead of upcoming campaigns, understanding exactly what each client needs and making sure what we promise is what we deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents and campaign managers
- Regularly check in with clients and understand what is coming up
- Coordinate campaign requirements before shoots take place
- Ensure photographers, videographers, copywriters and production teams are properly briefed
- Capture important property and vendor information before each campaign
- Make sure client expectations and deliverables are clear
- Follow up after campaigns and gather feedback
- Identify unhappy or at-risk clients before issues escalate
- Attend client offices and build stronger face-to-face relationships
- Help coordinate higher-end properties and more complex campaigns




- Work with our production team to resolve client issues quickly
- Help identify opportunities for additional services and campaign support
- Support client content, case studies and post-sale marketing opportunities
- Improve the overall customer journey from booking through to final delivery

Who We’re Looking For

You may currently be working as a:

- Campaign Coordinator
- Client Services Manager
- Sales Coordinator
- Real Estate Marketing Coordinator
- Executive Assistant to a high-performing agent
- Account Manager
- Property Campaign Manager

Real estate experience is highly regarded.

More importantly, you need to be someone who is:

- Exceptionally organised
- Confident dealing with high-performing agents
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Calm when things get busy
- Strong at building relationships
- Detail focused
- Comfortable picking up the phone
- Good at identifying problems before they become bigger problems
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- Proud of delivering a premium level of service

You should be the type of person who notices when something doesn’t feel right with a client and follows it up without needing to be asked.
