As part of Altius Group Executive Health Solutions is the leading provider of corporate health programs throughout Australia. We are seeking a full time motivated Client Services Liaison to work in our Health Assessment Centre located in Darlinghurst.

Your new role

Are you looking for a agile and varied role where no two days are the same? As a Client Service Liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment. This is a 3 day a week role working Monday & Tuesday, with flexibility for the third day

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
- Welcome clients with a light breakfast before their assessments ensuring they start their experience on a positive note. You will also ensure the space remains tidy and ready for the next client
- Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
- Support the Manager with various tasks as needed.

What you'll bring
- Experience in appointment scheduling or reception,



ideally within a medical or allied health environment

- Polished written and verbal communication, with confidence dealing with senior executives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointment types
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Confidence using booking systems, Excel, and document management tools
