We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Clinical Nurses to join our Emergency Department on a permanent full-time basis (minimum 24 hours per week). In this role, you’ll be at the heart of critical decision-making and rapid response. You’ll provide expert, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to stabilise, treat, and support patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

About You

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Clinical Nurse within an Emergency Department/Critical Care unit
- Post graduate qualification in Emergency Care, or working towards an advantage
- ALS competency required
- Triage and coordinating experience essential
- Knowledge of Quality improvement planning.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $56.40 - $59.93 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications,



exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
