We're seeking a highly organised and motivated Clinical Trials Assistant to support a growing portfolio of clinical research studies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in clinical research, research administration, healthcare, or a regulated environment who is looking to further develop their career within a respected and purpose-driven organisation.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with our Research Manager and multidisciplinary clinical team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of clinical trials.
You'll be involved in
- Supporting participant recruitment, screening, and appointment coordination
- Maintaining investigator site files, essential study documents, and trial records
- Assisting with data entry, verification, and query resolution
- Supporting ethics and governance submissions and regulatory documentation
- Coordinating study logistics, supplies, and trial-related administration
- Liaising with clinicians, researchers, sponsors, CROs, and study participants
- Ensuring research activities meet quality, compliance, and Good Clinical Practice standards
This role provides broad exposure across the entire clinical trial lifecycle, making it an ideal next step for someone seeking to deepen their experience in research operations.
About You:
You may be a Clinical Trials Assistant, Research Assistant, Study Coordinator, Medical Administrator, or healthcare professional looking to build a long-term career in clinical research.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in clinical research, health administration, healthcare, or a similar regulated environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Current GCP training or willingness to obtain certification
