CLUB MANAGER: Anytime Fitness Nambour

About the role

As Club Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy, well-performing club while continuing to grow membership, retain existing members, and lead a dedicated team. You'll be the face of Anytime Fitness Nambour, setting the standard for culture, service, and results.

We are a franchise group growing at a rapid rate, with active opportunities for you to step up and show leading attributes for growth as we roll out presales, build recent locations and acquire new sites. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the team. A 'can do' attitude is a must!"

Key responsibilities

- Drive ongoing membership growth through sales, retention strategies, and local community engagement
- Oversee all club operations to consistently deliver a high-quality member experience
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Strengthen the club's presence in the Nambour community through outreach, events, and partnerships
- Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategies
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for members and staff

About you





- Proven leadership or management experience - fitness, retail, or hospitality backgrounds welcome
- A confident, outgoing communicator who builds genuine rapport with members and team alike
- Sales-focused and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their goals
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with social media, content creation, and being on camera
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
