Pipeline Technics Pty Ltd are expanding services and require experienced Fitter/Welder for upcoming projects throughout WA. You will be tasked to regularly inspect vehicles and machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and repairing them when necessary.

Duties:

- Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
- Selecting, cleaning and preparing stock and parts
- Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools and metal cutting machines
- Shape and bend metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering
- Align parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Join sections using various welding techniques




- Examine welds and aligning to standards
- Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions
- Clean and smooth welds by filing, chiselling and grinding

Requirements:
- Current Driver's License
- Valid White Card
- The applicant must be qualified in all aspects of the trade and be able to demonstrate three years relevant experience at minimum.
- Must be physically fit and meet our pre-employment criteria (including drug and alcohol screening)
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Have diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

This is a full time position working on projects throughout Perth and the Pilbara.

A remuneration package between $79,499 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
