Our client, a well-established commercial furniture supplier, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support | Estimator based in their Subiaco showroom. This role plays a crucial part in supporting Project Consultants and the Sales Team by identifying sales opportunities, qualifying deliverables, preparing quotations, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify sales enquiries to define project parameters including product selection, lead times, and budget constraints.
- Prepare and verify accurate quantity take-offs by interpreting architectural drawings, programs, and specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations within 48 hours, ensuring timely follow-up and communication of status to the Sales Team.
- Finalize product specifications, pricing, and manage all sales deliverables post-sale.
- Process accepted quotations into sales orders and communicate to Purchasing Teams for procurement.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets by coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.




- Provide showroom sales support through exceptional customer service and prompt enquiry responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through research, training, and social media.
