About the job
Starlight Care is a growing NDIS provider in Western Sydney. We are looking for a community Occupational Therapist who wants meaningful clinical work, genuine flexibility, and a team that backs them.
About the role

- Full-time or part-time, we are flexible on hours.
How we support you
- We utilise highly experienced third-party clinical supervisors who provide ongoing guidance and mentorship, helping you confidently navigate clinical decision-making, complex cases, reporting requirements, and professional development.
- A highly team-oriented workplace where the Occupational Therapist work closely with Operations, Support Coordination, Care Coordination,
and Service Delivery teams to deliver integrated, participant-centred supports.
- Access to regular peer support, case discussions, and ongoing learning opportunities.
About you
- 1+ year of OT experience (NDIS experience welcomed, not essential).
- AHPRA registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, or eligible to register.
- A driver's licence and willingness to work in the community.
- Warm, organised and genuinely good with people.
Benefits
- $95,000 to $110,000 + super (pro-rata for part-time).
- Annual KPI bonus scheme with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based income.
- $2,000 annual CPD budget, enough to cover your 20-hour AHPRA requirement.
- Hybrid working, with admin from home and a laptop and phone provided.
- A strong focus on staff wellbeing, including daily team walks, regular team-building and wellbeing activities, and access to confidential in-house counselling and wellbeing support.
- A small, supportive team where you are valued as a clinician, not just a number.
