The Role As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Managing multiple insurance repair projects across your allocated area
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
- Conducting site inspections and assessing required repair works
- Monitoring project schedules, workmanship and quality
- Liaising with homeowners, internal teams and relevant stakeholders

What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone with:

- Experience within insurance repairs or residential construction
- Strong understanding of residential building and repair works
- Experience coordinating trades and managing multiple sites
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Coming From Residential? Previous insurance building experience will be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
