If you're tired of community Occupational Therapy roles where your final appointment finishes late in the afternoon and you're still facing another hour of driving and documentation afterwards, this role operates differently.

Clinicians generally see around five clients per day, with appointments intentionally grouped within similar geographical areas.

Most clinicians complete their face-to-face community appointments at approximately 3pm, before completing any remaining administration from home.

What Your Day Could Look Like: Rather than driving backwards and forwards across Western Sydney, your appointments are intentionally grouped around similar locations.

A typical community day involves approximately five clients in the same location.

Once your community appointments are finished, you aren't expected to drive back to an office simply to complete notes.
Head home and complete your remaining administration there.

Your overall working week is generally:

The Caseload You'll work approximately:
60% Adults | 40% Paediatrics
Clients are generally aged 10+, with clinical work including:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology
- Wheelchair assessments
- Capacity-building
- School visits
- NDIS
- Medico-legal assessments and reporting

The caseload provides enough variety to keep things interesting while remaining manageable.

No Daily Billable Chasing. There is a broader monthly productivity expectation, but the team isn't built around daily billable spreadsheets or managers constantly checking your numbers.

Existing clinicians comfortably meet expectations through their normal workload.

The organisation would rather clinicians complete five quality appointments and strong documentation.

Established Team & Support: You'll join approximately eight Occupational Therapists alongside a broader multidisciplinary team.

Support includes:

- Weekly 1-hour supervision
- Monthly professional development
- Peer review of assessments and reports
- Workshops
- Guest speakers

- Opportunities within medico-legal work

There is also a structured six-month program available for new graduates.
