Being clinician led, this organisation has burnout prevention built into its business model ensuring clinicians are able to provide the best quality of care to their clients and participants.

What's on Offer?

- Mobile/community caseload with admin and reports from home
- Fully adaptable scheduling - set your own hours, days, and appointments providing KPIs are met!
- Weekly specialist supervision + fortnightly face-to-face catch ups with the team
- Above market salary up to $120k + unlimited paid external PD + fortnightly bonuses for overachieving on KPIs
- Supportive & structured onboarding with up to 3-month ramp up to full KPI expectation
- Protected weekly admin time
- Laptop, mobile and iPad provided along with AAC apps

What about the Role?

- Varied mixed caseload across:
- Nonverbal clients
- Avoidant/restrictive intake disorders
- AAC prescription & implementation
- Chewing & swallowing
- Picky eaters; desensitisation to foods and textures
- Neurological conditions

- Lower than average KPIs; 5 billables per day with 30 mins of travel time per client counting towards your KPI




- Admin all covered by a dedicated team of 5, with booking left up to you so you can schedule clients around your personal commitments
- Fully mobile role serving clients within 30 mins of home
