Our client is looking for experienced Boilermakers to join their large-scale iron ore operations based in the Pilbara region.
This is an excellent prospect to secure consistent FIFO work, gain valuable fixed-plant experience and join an established maintenance team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, consisting of one week of day shift, one week of night shift and one week off.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing welding, fabrication and structural repairs on fixed-plant equipment
• Inspecting and testing pressure vessels and associated components
• Supporting planned and shutdown maintenance works
• Completing job work orders and maintenance documentation
• Following site procedures and safety requirements
• Working collaboratively within a skilled maintenance team
• Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Australian-recognised Fabrication trade certificate
• High Risk Work Licence – EWP/WP
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights certificate completed within the past five years
• Confined Space Entry certificate completed within the past five years
• Valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
Willingness to remain clean-shaven and wear a fitted respirator mask while working.
