The Opportunity:
You will play a pivotal part in the growth & optimisation of the Online eCommerce business, working directly alongside the eCommerce Manager & Head of Digital, working across online merchandising, conversion rate optimisation & trade reporting. Working across both the AU & US markets,
you'll identify key areas of opportunity & growth, be customer-centric in everything you do, driving customer engagement, loyalty & increased conversions.

Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:

- Demonstrated background in eCommerce ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an eCommerce Specialist, Executive or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo & Google Analytics is a must, with the ability to interpret identify key data trends
- Solid experience with onsite merchandising, product uploading, as well as technical backend platform management
- Demonstrated SEO experience, devising & executing high-performing strategies, as well as ideating new ways to improve
- Experience with crafting & delivering EDM campaigns, that capture customers and drive strong brand Loyalty, with hands on experience in Klaviyo would be majorly advantageous
- Previous experience in working across international markets,



especially the US, would be majorly advantageous, but not essential
- A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further
