Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner Bibra Lake, Perth WA (Hybrid – Clinic, Community & WFH) | Psychology & Behaviour Support (Healthcare & Medical) | Full-time or Part-time

$95,000–$120,000 base + super, with bonus potential
Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH time for reports

Provisional psychologists welcome to apply
Join a clinician-led, multidisciplinary allied health practice for a role combining psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across Perth. You'll work alongside a wider team of around 20 clinicians spanning psychology, OT and PBS.

The clinical work
A mix of psychological therapy, functional behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, consultation and reporting for NDIS and private/self-funded clients. Your caseload and PBS responsibilities are shaped around your experience, registration stage and practitioner suitability.

You don't need to be a PBS practitioner already
Psychologists interested in developing into PBS can build their responsibilities over time, with supervision and a transparent development pathway. The role calls for general or provisional AHPRA psychology registration, solid formulation and report-writing skills, and confidence working with families and support teams.

Real clinical support
Regular supervision and case consultation support you through clinical complexity and NDIS documentation. Provisional psychologists receive in-house supervision from a Board-approved supervisor, with salary,

caseload and PBS involvement matched to registration stage and experience.

Flexibility and admin support
Work-from-home time is available for reports, planning and administration. You're also backed by admin support for bookings, communication and practice systems, so you can focus on clients and clinical work rather than logistics.

Pay, flexibility and support
The advertised salary range is $95,000–$120,000 plus super, with bonus potential. The offer depends on experience and PBS suitability, and provisional-psychologist salaries are set according to registration stage and experience.

- $2,500 annual professional-development allowance
- Full-time or part-time work, with days and hours discussed for the role
- Bibra Lake base with metro Perth outreach, plus WFH time for reports, planning and administration
- Regular supervision and case consultation
- Collaboration with OTs and the wider allied health team

What to include when applying
Tell us about your general or provisional AHPRA registration, any PBS experience or interest, your formulation and report-writing skills, and experience working with families and multidisciplinary teams. You'll need a WA driver's licence, reliable vehicle and an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Send a short message about your experience and availability, and add your CV if ready — no formal cover letter required. Let us know whether you'd prefer full-time or part-time work and when you could start.
