About the job:

- Operate production machinery in a workshop environment
- Follow work instructions and maintain a robust focus on safety
- General factory labouring
- Work as part of a solid, supportive team
- Opportunity to upskill and take on more responsibility over time

What we need (Machine Operator):

- Reliable, punctual and motivated
- Machine operating experience preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence preferred




- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to work overtime when required

For the Leading Hand role:

- Previous manufacturing or supervisory experience
- Forklift licence required
- Ability to lead, support and motivate the team
- Comfortable taking ownership of the shift and helping others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
