This leading Australian womenswear brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store in Rouse Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team, establish a strong store culture and make your mark from day one.

The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's performance, team and customer experience. You'll lead by example, develop a high-performing team and drive commercial results across all areas of the business.

This is a Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store performance through KPIs, commercial decision-making and team engagement
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Manage rosters, wages and day-to-day store operations
- Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock control and operational standards
- Build genuine customer relationships and create an exceptional in-store experience
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture




- Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence

What They're Looking For
You will be someone who:

- Has 2+ years' Store Management experience, ideally within fashion retail
- Is passionate about fashion, styling and customer experience
- Has a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
- Is confident recruiting, coaching and developing a team
- Understands the commercial side of retail, including budgets and wage management
- Is an engaging and proactive leader who leads from the front
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings positivity and resilience
