The Opportunity
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Boutique. You'll lead from the front, support your team and help create a positive, energetic environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

This is a full-time opportunity.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with rostering, wage control and stock management
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development




- Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience
- Comes from a fashion or premium retail background
- Is commercially driven and confident working with KPIs and sales targets
- Has a genuine passion for customer service and styling
- Is an engaging leader who can coach and develop a team
- Thrives in a quick-paced, high-energy retail environment
- Is confident, motivated and leads by example
