Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging, fit-for-purpose eLearning and broader learning resources that support effective capability development across a complex organisation.

Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, facilitators and key stakeholders, you will translate complex information into practical, learner-centred solutions underpinned by adult learning principles.

Location: Fortitude Valley
Contract length: 6 months with possible extension

Key responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop, maintain and update eLearning programs using Articulate 360 and associated learning technologies
- Develop engaging digital and blended learning solutions aligned with learner needs and organisational objectives
- Work closely with SMEs to analyse and translate complex content into transparent, accessible learning experiences
- Conduct consultation and discovery activities to identify learning requirements, performance gaps and desired outcomes
- Recommend appropriate learning approaches across eLearning, blended, virtual and face-to-face delivery
- Develop learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, assessments and evaluation tools
- Produce multimedia assets including instructional videos, screen recordings,



simulations and demonstrations using Camtasia and other digital media tools
- Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids and performance support resources

To be successful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and digital learning development
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360, ideally including Storyline and/or Rise
- Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and learner-centred design
- Experience consulting with SMEs and stakeholders to identify and analyse learning needs
- Strong capability developing storyboards, scripts, assessments and multimedia learning content
- Excellent written communication, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail
- Experience using Camtasia or similar multimedia development tools will be highly regarded
- Experience within a large, complex or government environment would be advantageous
