- $120,000 base salary + super + $20,000 car allowance + 10% Bonus

This newly created Brand Manager role combines consumer insight, commercial strategy and hands-on execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape annual plans, deliver integrated campaigns and lead new products from initial business case through to market launch.

You will have the autonomy to influence marketing investment while working closely with global teams, local stakeholders, agencies and retail partners.

Our client is an established global consumer-products organisation with a portfolio of premium household brands. The business is internationally recognised and has been a market leader for over 30 years.

You will:

- Own the brand strategy and planning process across Australia and Recent Zealand.
- Build integrated media, PR, influencer, content and point-of-sale campaigns with agency partners.
- Partner with retailers to improve customer conversion and maximise seasonal trading opportunities.
- Lead new product launches, including market assessment, forecasting,



business cases and launch support.
- Manage campaign performance, marketing investment, budgets and cross-functional delivery.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- brand management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail or a related sector.
- Experience using data analysis to make clear marketing decisions.
- Stakeholder management skills, experience working with agencies, retailers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Project management, communication, forecasting and budget-management skills.
