About the Role
As a result of internal growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Employment Consultant to work on the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. It is a full-time opportunity supporting participants with a disability across the Bankstown and Campsie areas of Sydney. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with disability and other barriers to employment by providing tailored coaching, case management, and employment support.
The role will primarily be based at the Bankstown where you will manage a growing caseload of participants, providing personalised support to help them build job readiness, secure employment opportunities, and maintain sustainable work outcomes.
With a supportive team onsite, you will collaborate with internal advocates and community partners to support employment outcomes for your caseload of jobseekers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a caseload of participants with disability toward sustainable employment outcomes
- Conduct regular appointments and provide structured case management support
- Deliver tailored job readiness support including resumes, interview preparation, and employment planning
- Identify and secure employment opportunities through local employer engagement
- Build relationships with community partners, referral organisations, and local service providers
- Participate in community engagement activities and local networking events
- Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with program compliance requirements
About You
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience in employment services in programs such as IEA or DES
- Strong case management and participant engagement skills
- Confidence working independently while managing a caseload
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- A compassionate, resilient and solutions-focused approach to supporting participants
