Clerk Grade 3/4, Temporary Full Time until 31st July 2027

- Competitive remuneration package up to $108,229 p.a. (package includes salary between $87,199 - $95,482 p.a., plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Communications & Marketing Assistant to support the development and delivery of marketing and communications initiatives that engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications activities, events, launches, presentations, and promotional initiatives that support the Library's strategic objectives and strengthen audience engagement.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate the delivery of marketing and communications initiatives across internal and external channels while ensuring alignment with the Library's brand.
- Support the planning and delivery of projects, events, launches and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Library to coordinate content for communication and promotional channels, including websites and e-newsletters.
- Contribute to the development of campaign materials and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring communications are accurate, consistent and delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Manage requests, briefs, approvals and competing deadlines to support the successful delivery of communications activities.
- Provide administrative support, including reporting, invoice processing and budget tracking.





About you You are a proactive and highly organised communications professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

You will bring

- Qualifications in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating content across a range of communication and marketing channels.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across a broad range of communications and marketing activities.
- Confidence working with systems and technology to manage workflows and information from multiple sources.
- Experience working within a cultural institution, will be highly regarded.

Talent Pool
