We are on the hunt for a high-energy, creative and personable Community & Events Host to support our community across our Melbourne assets.

As the face and heart of our community, you are responsible for fostering a strong, vibrant and thriving sense of community amongst our residents that helps bring people together.

You will

- be hands on in the coordination and running of our Community events and activations, being comfortable regularly hosting events and liaising with residents and event partners across our three Melbourne assets in Richmond, Southbank and Docklands
- assist the Community Events & Partnerships Manager with development and delivery of a Portfolio Community Events and Initiatives Program
- identify and build current relationships with potential collaborators and partners to enhance our Community Program
- drive deeper relationships with existing collaborators, partners and stakeholders in alignment to our brand and vision as a key brand ambassador
- collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners to deliver strong outcomes to execute events at the highest level
- collect and report data on community engagement activities, outcomes,



and impact to the Community Events & Partnerships Manager to inform future planning and decision-making

This is a hands on role with a particular focus on hosting and engaging with our community. It also combines event coordination, operational expertise and stakeholder engagement. This role works Tuesday to Saturday, with start and finish times varying depending on what events we are running on that day.

We would love it if you had a qualification or experience in Events Management but are also excited by equivalent experience in leading the success of group events and activations. If you have this relevant qualification or experience plus strong communication skills with a service focused approach; we want to hear from you!

We’re flexible because we are not your typical 9-to-5; with this role you’ll need to cover evening events or come in on the weekend because that’s what our community needs. You'll also be required to work on-site across our three Melbourne assets at Richmond, Southbank and Docklands.
