Di Prinzio Concreting is a proud, family-owned Australian concreting company with 60+ years of history and a strong reputation across the Newcastle and Mid North Coast communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for 20+ people to join our Residential, Industrial and Commercial Concreting team across our Newcastle and Mid North Coast operations.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE...

CONCRETE LABOURERS (10 roles available)

We’re looking for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in doing a good day's work. Previous concreting / construction experience is highly regarded, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

We're looking for people who...

- Have previous hands-on or construction experience
- Are physically fit and capable of working in a demanding environment
- Take pride in their work
- Are reliable and punctual
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Can meet our Drug & Alcohol testing requirements

CONCRETE FINISHERS (10-15 roles available)

We’re seeking experienced Concrete Finishers who understand what quality looks like and take pride in delivering a professional finish every time. We're looking for people with:

- Proven experience in residential, industrial or Commercial concreting
- Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing




- The ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
- A strong understanding of safe work practices
- A genuine commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- A driver's licence and reliable transport

LEADING HAND SUPERVISORS (3 roles available)

We’re also looking for 3 experienced Leading Hands / Supervisors who can lead from the front and help drive our crews, projects and standards. This role is an important role within our business and is suited to someone who can demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organisational skills while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

We're looking for leaders who can:

- Lead and coordinate concreting crews on site
- Read and understand plans, specifications and project requirements
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment
- Maintain strong safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with management, clients and other trades
- Identify and address issues professionally
- Lead by example and hold a team accountable
- Maintain a positive and professional site culture
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
