We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Western Suburb, Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and daily site activities.
- Manage construction schedules and monitor progress.
- Read plans and ensure work meets specifications.
- Oversee site safety, quality and defect rectification.
- Provide regular progress updates to the builder.
About you:
- Experience managing residential construction projects.
- Carpentry background highly regarded.
- Solid organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver’s licence and White Card.
