About the role

Join the dynamic team as a Construction Cadet. This full-time role is based in Sydney and will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry. As a Construction Cadet, you will be an integral part of delivering high-quality construction projects while gaining the skills and knowledge to progress your career in project management.

What you'll be doing

- Assist with the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Assisting onsite with general labouring
- Participate in site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation and other project-related materials
- Support the project management team with administrative tasks and general duties
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for

- Strong interest in the construction industry and a passion for project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint




- Willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies to support the business
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a construction-related field
