The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the technical and engineering aspects of major multi-residential construction projects.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing structural and design coordination throughout project delivery.
- Reviewing and coordinating shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Liaising with consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring program milestones and assisting with project delivery objectives.
- Identifying and resolving design and construction issues proactively.
- Supporting commercial outcomes while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer within commercial construction.
- Strong exposure to multi-residential projects is essential.
- Experience managing structural packages, design coordination and shop drawings.
- Ability to work closely with consultants and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications.
