WE'RE HIRING: Content Creator & Growth Lead

Smile Collective Dental Couture (Roselands, NSW) is on the hunt for a young, sharp, fast-moving content creator to take our social media to the next level: full-time, in-house.

This isn't a "post and wait" role. We want someone who's already proven they can grow a page, you know what works, you move fast, and you're hungry to build something big.

You are:

- Young, driven, and genuinely good at this — not just interested in it
- Someone with a track record of growing a social media page (yours, a brand's, a client's, show us the numbers)
- Quick on your feet: you catch trends before they peak and turn ideas into content the same day
- Ambitious: you want real growth, more responsibility, and room to run with your ideas
- Looking for flexibility: we care about output and results, not rigid hours

What you'll be doing:

- Filming and directing content in office, patient journeys, before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes, team culture, trends




- Editing it all into polished, scroll-stopping reels and TikToks
- Owning the content strategy and calendar, this is your page to grow
- Testing, tracking what performs, and doubling down on what works
