We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following key attributes:
Demonstrated experience creating high-quality, user-centred digital content, with a strong focus on accessibility, usability and audience needs.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders to gather content and business requirements from stakeholders of all levels.
Experience using
content management systems and web publishing platforms, such as SharePoint, Squiz Matrix, GovCMS and/or other enterprise systems.
corporate web writing guides such as Australian Government Style Manual.
web analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Acquia Web Governance, Siteimprove or
Demonstrated ability to work independently, while managing competing priorities and agreed timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to use digital insights and performance data to evaluate content,
identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise user experience.
Solid attention to detail, with the ability to maintain quality standards, and ensure that content is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.

The role may require occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, by negotiation.
Qualifications
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification is highly regarded.
