Position available

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Coordinator to manager critical freight movement and deliver reliable logistics solutions for our clients across WA. This role suits someone who is highly organised and customer-focused, who can build strong stakeholder relationships and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Main Responsibilities Include

- Coordinate complex and time-critical freight movements across road, rail, air and sea, aligned with client requirement and project timelines.
- Support mine-site logistics operations while building strong relationships with client operations and purchasing teams.
- Develop proactive transport solutions and work closely internal teams to ensure movements are effectively planned and executed.
- Monitor DIFOT (Deliver in Full, On Time) performance, identify service issues and coordinator corrective actions to maintain high service levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory and client records across relevant systems,



including Bustle Tech and Microsoft Office.
- Attend client meetings as required and provide timely, customer-focused support.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.

- Extensive experience with mine site logistics operations within WA.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
