Purpose The Contract Manager will be responsible for providing contract management services to achieve completion of projects, managing a large team to deliver key outcomes contributing to strategic development and provides leadership and direction to team members.

You’ll be responsible for

- Manage commercial and contractual performance to support successful programme delivery.
- Lead contract administration, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Build robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide commercial advice to support informed decision-making and programme objectives.
- Drive best practice, governance, and continuous improvement across contract management activities.

You’ll need to have:
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership, or working towards chartered status, with a relevant industry body.




- Strong expertise in contract management, commercial delivery, risk, and change management.
- Proven experience delivering client-focused outcomes across complex construction programmes.
