Iconic (NSW) Pty Ltd is a scaffolding company seeking to employ a Contract Administrator to support its operations by preparing, interpreting, administering, and negotiating contract variations for scaffolding projects. The role will assist the team in managing contract documentation, interpreting contractual terms, responding to contract-related queries, and ensuring that all contract variations are accurately negotiated, documented, and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and contract variations for scaffolding supply, erection, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling services.

· Interpreting contract terms and responding to enquiries relating to contractual obligations, inclusions and exclusions, variations, extensions of time, scope changes, and other contract-related matters.

· Managing and maintaining contract documentation, including purchase orders, delivery and return dockets, site instructions, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), insurance certificates, compliance records, and other contractual documents.

· Coordinating and administering contract variations by ensuring all changes to the scope of works, project timelines, and pricing are accurately documented, approved, communicated to relevant stakeholders, and invoiced in accordance with contractual requirements.

· Liaising with project managers, builders, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers,



and clients to coordinate contractual requirements, monitor project progress, and ensure scaffolding works are delivered in accordance with contract specifications.

· Monitoring contractor performance and verifying that completed works are consistent with the approved scope of works, contract specifications, and project requirements.

· Preparing and maintaining reports on project progress, contract performance, variations, budgets, and commercial outcomes for management review and decision-making.

· Identifying, assessing, and escalating potential contractual, commercial, and operational risks to management, and recommending appropriate actions to minimise project risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Skill Requirements

· Diploma qualification or above.

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar contract administration role.

· Solid attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage contract records, documentation, and project deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

· Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

· High level of accuracy in reporting, data tracking, and maintaining project records.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
