The Role Step straight into your own established portfolio and manage settlements from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing settlement documentation
- Managing your own conveyancing portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing quotes for new and existing clients
- Receipting client funds
- Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks and real estate agents throughout the settlement process
- Delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every client
With high-level administrative support around you, you’ll be able to focus on managing your portfolio, your clients and delivering a high level of service. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
