DOC Mornington are searching for talented Cooks, to join our growing team on a full time or part time basis.

Pay conditions are negotiable based on experience.

We are a positioned 100 metres from one of Mornington Peninsulas finest beaches, offering a bustling family-friendly casual dining, accompanied by a mouth-watering Pizza and bar menu, a boutique coffee offering and a Delicatessen.

- Chef/Cook Position - 4/5 days salary negotiable, flexible hours, quick and clean professional chef
- Antipasto Bar and Pasta Section
- Preparation of Deli Items

You will need the following experience and attributes:

- 2+ years relevant experience in the industry
- Valuable organisation skills, and experience with high volume
- Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge
- Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe or hotel
- Good knife skills and a desire to learn
- An understanding of hygiene practices
- Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
- Available to work a flexible rotating roster, we are open 7 days a week (lunch and dinner)
