We are seeking a capable and passionate experienced Part-Time Childcare Cook for our beautiful (60 place) Long Day Care Centre in Maroubra. Must have cooking or menu planning experience.

Our centres are committed to education, nutrition and community.

Responsibilities include

- Cooking and preparing 5 meals, days a week (Negotiable) for 60 children
- Preparing meals for infants and toddlers (puree food)
- Maintaining the hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Maintaining a cleaning schedule in the kitchen
- Liaise with the Centre Director regarding stock of food
- Ordering of weekly produce and groceries
- Maintaining a budget
- Promoting good nutrition to children through cooking experiences and lessons

You'll be invited to join in our networking meeting with other cooks twice a year during work hours. We understand the importance of a work/ home balance and aim at supporting yours.
