About the Team The Learning and Curriculum Unit sits within the Education Portfolio in the Division of Education and Students. The team works in partnership with faculties and central teams to support curriculum, teaching and assessment, contributing to student success through quality and innovative education.
Job Purpose
Provide executive and project coordination support across the Education Portfolio. Support portfolio priorities through accurate and timely management of information, documentation and workflows.
Role responsibilities
- Prepare briefs, correspondence and executive information.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and follow up actions.
- Support project planning, tracking, reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate portfolio information, updates and stakeholder inputs.
- Support portfolio events, forums and activities.
- Maintain records in accordance with University requirements.
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $111,740.00 - $123,611.00 (HEW 7) plus 17% Superannuation.
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.

Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience managing documentation, scheduling, and communications for projects or service teams.
- Experience providing coordination and operational support in an educational or university setting.
- Experience working with academic and professional staff to support delivery service.
- Experience supporting reporting and data management processes.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms used in higher education environments.
