We are currently seeking a Coordinator - Dewatering to take on the duties of planning, scheduling and coordinating all dewatering activities within our open pit operations. You will join our Woodie Woodie Operations in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.

Reporting to the Superintendent – Fixed Plant Maintenance, the main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Manage and coordinate all pit dewatering activities, including operations and maintenance of production bores, sumps, submersible pumps, pipelines and associated infrastructure.
- Plan and oversee the layout, installation, and relocation of dewatering infrastructure to support mining activities.
- Monitor water level and flow rates to prevent flooding and operational delays.
- Supervise inspection, maintenance, and repair of dewatering equipment and systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Perform or coordinate poly welding and other technical repairs on pipelines and dewatering infrastructure.
- Work closely with mining operations to align dewatering efforts with production schedules and ensure productive water management.
- Operate or coordinate the use of mobile equipment (e.g., loaders) as required in dewatering operations.
- Maintain detailed records and regularly report on dewatering system performance and issues.
To be successful in this position, you will be required to have previous relevant experience with open pit mine dewatering operations, including the use of submersible and surface pumps and practical skills in pipeline installation and maintenance, including poly welding. You will bring your strong problem-solving skills to this position together with your proven communication and coordination abilities.
