Dolce Boutique Cosmetic Tattooing is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Tattoo Artist to join us on an independent contractor basis.
We are a boutique cosmetic tattooing business based in Caulfield South, with a focus on beautifully natural, personalised results and a premium client experience.
This is a flexible opportunity for an artist who values independence and wants the freedom to build their own clientele while also having the opportunity to receive bookings from Dolce.
The opportunity
As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to:
- Accept or decline Dolce client bookings based on your own availability.
- Choose the days and times that work for you.
- Continue working with other salons or businesses.
- Bring your own existing clients to our beautiful treatment space.
- Use your own equipment and products, or utilise selected Dolce equipment and consumables where appropriate.
- Perform treatments using your own professional technique and style, while maintaining required hygiene and infection-control standards.
- Build your own clientele while benefiting from additional client opportunities through Dolce.
There are no guaranteed minimum hours or requirement to accept every booking. Treatments The primary services currently offered at Dolce include:
Experience with both services is preferred, although we are happy to discuss the opportunity with artists who specialise in particular treatments.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has professional training and experience in cosmetic tattooing.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality, personalised results.
- Has a strong understanding of hygiene, infection control and safe skin-penetration practices.
- Is confident consulting with clients and managing their expectations.
- Has a warm,
professional and personable approach.
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work.
- Has their own professional equipment, or is comfortable working with equipment provided by Dolce.
- Holds appropriate insurance and qualifications for the services they provide.
- Wants the flexibility and independence of working as a contractor.
You don't need to be available every day. We're looking for the right artist, not someone to fill a roster.
How the arrangement works
Dolce may provide client bookings to you based on your availability. You are free to accept or decline individual bookings.
You may also bring your own clients to the Dolce treatment space, allowing you to continue building your own business while working from a premium boutique environment.
Payment is on a per-treatment basis, with the specific contractor fee agreed prior to commencing.
This is an independent contractor prospect, not an employment position.
