Zeus Cranes Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Crane Operators / Riggers to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operate and rig cranes of various sizes and capacities to safely lift, move and position materials, equipment and loads on construction sites.

- Carry out pre-start and pre-operation inspections and maintain accurate crane operation and maintenance records.

- Work closely with site managers, riggers, doggers and other personnel to coordinate safe and efficient lifting operations.

- Ensure all lifting activities comply with relevant WHS, safety and environmental requirements.

- Assist with crane mobilisation, setup, pack-up and dismantling as required.

- Inspect lifting equipment and identify potential hazards before and during operations.

- Follow lift plans, site procedures and safe work practices.

- Assist with training and mentoring less-experienced operators where required.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, safety-focused, reliable and ready to become part of a professional team.

- Relevant crane operating and rigging qualifications/licences.

- Minimum 3 years' experience operating cranes in a construction environment.





- Experience operating a variety of cranes and working on different types of construction sites.

- Strong understanding of crane capacities, lifting procedures, rigging techniques and load control.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness and problem-solving skills.

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work when required.

- Current driver's licence is essential.

- MC or HC Heavy Vehicle Licence is highly desirable.

- Additional tickets and experience in heavy haulage, crane transport, dogging, rigging or related construction work will be highly regarded.
