As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for.

- Answering incoming Service Calls, Emails, And Tickets.
- Creating Service Jobs.
- Creating Quotes and following up on Open Quotes.
- Discussing open tickets with Scheduling Technicians.
- Communication with customers about outstanding service tickets.

This role best suits someone currently in Customer Service or a similar role with at least 1 to 2 years experience.





The role will entail

- Professional interaction with customers. Excellent phone and written communication are a must.
- Ensure KPIs are met with relation to answering calls and raising tickets.

About You

- Be someone with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise critical issues.
- Be someone who can Interact with Customers and deal with requests as they arise in a timely, constructive, and positive manner.
- Be articulate in your communication, both written and spoken.
- Solid time management skills
- Strong Computer Skills.
