Looksmart Alterations is Australia and NZ largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 100 stores located in major shopping centres. We specialise in clothing alterations and repairs as well as providing embroidery and dry cleaning services.
We are currently looking for a customer service superstar for our Erina store.
This is a quick paced and diverse role which would suit someone with either a retail fashion background or that has studied fashion and held some other clothing management role.
Experience with clothing is a must for this role.
A fashion or textiles qualification is required highly regarded for this position.
Typical duties:
- Entry level tailoring and sewing experience is highly regarded but not required.
- Maintaining relationships with the centre
- Managing customer satisfaction
- Fitting/pinning customers, willing to learn
