We are looking for passionate, caring, and highly organised Catering Assistants to join our team on a casual basis at our Griffith Village!
About the Role:
Working closely with the Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for:

The preparation and service of high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents.
Food preparation, basic cooking, food presentation, plating, and delivering meals to dining areas.
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring residents feel welcomed, receive individualised attention, and enjoy responsive service.
Complying with all food and safety regulations as scheduled.
Assisting with stock control, rotation of stock, and receipting deliveries.
Contributing to a harmonious and cooperative team culture based on mutual respect and trust.

The Successful Applicants Will Have:

A great attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.




Positive communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
Previous experience in food preparation within a commercial kitchen, preferably in an aged care or health services environment.
Certificate III in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (AM/PM weekdays and weekends).

Desirable:

Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent qualification desirable.
