About the Prospect:

n

In order to achieve our growth strategies, we are now seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team working across a number of our sites in WA.

n

Reporting directly to the HSE Manager , the purpose of this role is to provide support, guidance and technical advice to line management and site workers in relation to HSE, ensuring the team maintains a safe workplace/environment across all locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting drill crews in Risk Management process
n
- Conducting Inspections and Audits at remote locations
n
- Assisting with incident investigations using the ICAM process
n
- Lead the review and development of operational procedures and work instructions
n




- Maintain data and registers in HSE Management software
n
- Participate in the development of WHS planning, policies and procedures
n
- Complete testing and tagging in remote locations
n

About You:

n

Have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the mining industry, preferably with exposure to diamond drilling. The preferred candidate will have a minimum diploma level qualifications in WHS and ICAM training. Experienced in coaching supervisors and frontline workers. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills; the ability to travel long distances and work on remote sites.

Salary and FIFO rosters; preference is 2/1. Will be discussed individually with applicants.
