Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for flexible casual work in residential aged care?

n

We are seeking experienced and caring Registered Nurses to join the casual pool at our Bribie Island Aged Care service. You will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside a welcoming and dedicated team.

n

Applicants must be available to work night-duty shifts.

What you can bring to the role n

n
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
n
- Availability and willingness to work night duty;
n
- Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded;
n
- Solid clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills;
n
- The ability to recognise and respond to changes in a resident’s condition;
n
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care;
n
- Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills;
n
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n

Your responsibilities will include nn
- Providing safe,



high-quality clinical care to residents;
n
- Completing clinical assessments and contributing to care planning;
n
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation;
n
- Responding appropriately to incidents and changes in residents’ health;
n
- Supporting and guiding Personal Care Workers;
n
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and other health professionals;
n
- Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with legislative, clinical and organisational requirements.
