They are now seeking an experienced Apartment Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major $100M apartment development in North Brisbane.

The Role

n

As Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day construction activities across the project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

n

You will be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing programme and sequencing, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

Leading the construction of a 15-storey apartment project with 2 basement levels

n

Managing programme, sequencing and construction methodology

n

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades

n

Managing site logistics, access, deliveries and crane operations

n

Leading and developing the site team

n

Driving safety, quality and programme performance

n





Managing construction interfaces across multiple levels and trades

n

Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders

n

Monitoring project milestones and resolving issues proactively

n

Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to achieve project outcomes

n

About You

n

You are an experienced Apartment Site Manager with a strong track record delivering multi-storey apartment projects.

n

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering apartments is essential. You will have a solid understanding of the complexities involved in multi-storey construction and the ability to lead a major project through to completion.

n

You will have:

n

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Apartment Site Manager

n

Experience delivering projects of $50M+ in value

n

Experience with basement construction

n

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology

n

Proven subcontractor and site team management capability

n

Excellent programme and site logistics management skills

n

Strong leadership and decision-making ability

n

The ability to work autonomously and make sound site-based decisions

n

A strong focus on safety, quality and programme

n

Candidates without substantial apartment Site Manager experience will not be considered.
