- Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service &
- Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale.
- This is a unique role where you'll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders.

- We've been developing and delivering rugged, qualified-grade, and feature-rich tools and testing instruments to HVACR technicians since 1990. This position requires being onsite every day from 8:00am-4:00pm in our Brendale location.
- What You'll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Receive, stock,



and organize products within the warehouse. Pack, label, and ship orders. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies to management. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols. Utilize company software and systems to track orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and warehouse operations. QualificationsWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred. One year of customer service experience preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations as well as picking, packing and shipping products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Comfortable using technology to enhance job performance. Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
