About the Role - We are seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to join the team as we expand nationwide. This is a key role within our team, and is responsible for our contracts team. We are looking for a special person who both understands the importance of the customer experience and can also lead a high performing team successfully.

A background in construction is desirable but excellent candidates without construction experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Contracts Administrators by fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

- Oversee and enhance the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to retention.

- Maintain high standards of customer service,



ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

- Utilise business administration and management expertise to develop and improve processes, aligning them with customer satisfaction goals.

- Analyse customer feedback and performance metrics, providing strategic insights to continuously improve service delivery.

What You’ll Need:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on customer service or customer success.

- Strong skills in complaints management and issue resolution.

- Business administration and management proficiency, with a focus on improving systems and customer experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
