About the role

Our Fintech team is looking for a Delivery Manager (Crew Lead) Digital with experience in managing delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. If you have experience managing online payments and payment gateways initiatives, involving multiple teams and managing a diverse cross functional team, then this is the role for you.

Experience

- 6 years in project management and/or senior delivery roles
- Manage medium to large complexity projects greater than $2m
- Successfully managed projects ie. projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors), working with dispersed teams, cost and duration of project and considerable levels of change and uniqueness
- Has managed large components of large-scale rollouts




- Experience in supporting digital payment channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a robust customer-centric focus
- Experience delivering in a complex technical environment
- Experience with establishing and negotiating SLAs with vendors and the business

Key Responsibilities include

- Oversee product delivery aligned to the Payments strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to effectively put together detailed plans
- Be across multiple squads and applications
- Help drive Agile ways of working across our Fintech portfolio to become even more effective and customer obsessed
- Lead the Digital crew to deliver value across our online payments services

About you & your skills

- Exposure to working in agile environments and able to adapt to different frameworks
- Strong experience in managing cross functional product squads and bringing teams together to deliver
- Ability to seek out and understand problems and requirements, and to identify and suggest improvements to current approaches or practices
- Extensive experience in senior delivery roles
- Manage medium to large complexity payment projects greater than $5m
- Successfully managed projects and products ie projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors)
- Experience in managing large-scale rollouts of new technology and platforms
- Experience in payment gateways / digital payment wallets / card payments / merchant acquiring / financial services is preferred
