About the role

You will be an important part of our branch operations, helping ensure orders are prepared, stock is managed and deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team and taking pride in getting the job done right.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing customer and store orders.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods.
- Operating a forklift and safely handling stock.
- Completing regular stocktakes and assisting with inventory control.
- Working closely with our sales team to meet daily branch requirements.
- Completing local multi-drop deliveries.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to our customers.
- Keeping the warehouse, store and surrounding areas clean, organised and safe.
- Assisting with general branch duties as required.

About you

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Australian driver's licence – essential.
- Current forklift licence – essential.
- Previous warehousing, storeperson or delivery experience will be highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative.

- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
