About Us Marvel Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice known for calm, unhurried, genuinely personal care. We hold a high standard in everything patients see and everything they don't.

The Role

- Assist our specialist orthodontist chairside, including set-up of instruments and materials.
- Keep patients comfortable and informed before, during and after their visit.
- Maintain meticulous infection control, sterilisation and room turnover.
- Take clinical records and digital scans (we'll train you).
- Help the clinical day run smoothly: stock, lab work and scheduling flow.

Where it can grow For the right person, this becomes a senior role: guiding recent patients through consultations, presenting treatment plans and fees, and coordinating the clinic day.

Who you are

- Reliable, organised and proactive: you see what needs doing and do it.
- Warm with patients, steady on busy days.
- Some chairside experience preferred, but we'll train the right person.
- Great to have: orthodontic experience, Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, radiography licence.
- Right to work in Australia for the hours offered.
